Our Story
Twin chef's Massimo and Marcello Migliara started off their culinary journey shucking oysters. Working in restaurants and competing competitively, sparked their passion with food. They decided to branch off from shucking and learn various cuisines. From Japanese, to French and Mediterranean flavours, they discovered a whole new world of cooking. Then venturing deep in their roots, learning various styles of Italian cuisine from north all the way to south of Italy. They cook with passion, pride and more importantly love.
My name is Eevee
As I bubble and ferment, I, the sourdough starter, am the heart and soul of artisanal bread/pizza-making, my tangy aroma filling the kitchen with promise. Each day, I await the loving touch of my baker, who feeds me with flour and water, nurturing my lively culture. In my bubbly exuberance, I offer not just leavening power, but a legacy of flavour, passed down through generations, ready to transform simple ingredients into a symphony of taste and texture.
